As Bob’s daughter, Stephanie has been around the industry almost her entire life. She started working with the company during her senior year of college, graduating in 2016 from Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Business Administration. In her studies, Stephanie focused on learning various functions of business including how to successfully start, operate and grow a small business, gaining hands on business and marketing experience through an internship (and later part-time job) with a local business advisor. In addition to her role as the Project & Marketing Manager at Snowden Builders, Stephanie is also the President of the Professional Women in Building Council (PWB) of Greater Grand Rapids.
Stephanie comes from a rather large family including her parents Bob and Donna, four siblings, her
longtime boyfriend Matt, and their amazing dog Toby. She has five nieces and nephews whom she
absolutely adores. Stephanie loves spending time with her family, participating in and watching sports,
watching new TV shows/movies, and learning new things.
Stephanie appreciates being part of a company that enables her to utilize and strengthen her skills, and
where she genuinely feels appreciated and valued. However, her true passion is simply helping people
anyway she can. It’s something that has become her favorite aspect of working with Snowden Builders
– helping people create their dream home that they will love for years to come.
STACEY CZARNOPIS
Real Estate Sales
STACEY CZARNOPIS
Stacey was introduced to the industry at a young age. As one of Bob’s daughters, she has been involved with Snowden Builders intermittently over the last 15+ years. She began as a part-time Office Assistant in high school, and currently has a permanent role as Snowden Builder’s Real Estate Agent.
Stacey has always maintained a strong desire to help others, considering their needs and wants a priority. That desire was the catalyst to transition her focus to learning all aspects of real estate sales, in addition to the new home construction process. Stacey’s passion became even more evident after selling her home and building a beautiful custom home with Snowden Builders. The entire experience inspired her to become a licensed Real Estate Agent with Charter Properties, join the Snowden Builders team to assist with real estate sales, and ultimately expand her career within the home sales and construction industry.
Stacey loves being a part of a large family, including her parents and four siblings. She started a family of her own in 2012 when she married her husband, Rob. Together they have four beautiful children, Mason, Reid, Madelynn and Cole, and their black lab, Chief. Stacey loves spending time with her family, being outdoors, camping, golfing and watching sports.
Samantha Brandt
Office Manager
SAMANTHA BRANDT
As a Grand Rapids native, Samantha was introduced to the industry at a young age having grown up with family in the construction trade. At a young age, she was able to witness the new construction of her aunt and uncle's forever home. Inspiration arose as she observed the process beginning at breaking ground to the completion of each interior detail.
Having graduated from Kendall College of Art and Design with a degree in Interior Design, Sam brings a distinguished background in design and over 6 years of experience in the residential construction industry.
With characteristics such as welcomeness, organization, optimism, and design expertise, Samantha is a valuable addition to the management team at Snowden Builders. She contributes a motivational and creative outlook all while building lasting relationships, both personal and professional.
Aside from professional passions, Samantha enjoys cooking, gardening, spending time with family, camping up North, as well as adventures with her Australian Shepard mix, Ollie.

RACHEL DEJONGE
Rachel has over 20 years experience as an accountant, most of which were spent in the fields of Construction and Real Estate. She specializes in the development of Accounting policies, procedures and systems with job costing expertise. Rachel is also a graduate of Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration, majoring in accounting.

Brenda Call
Brenda, born and raised in Grand Rapids, has spent her entire life in the West Michigan area.
With a rich background in sales and finance, Brenda pursued her education at Davenport University, specializing in accounting. She brings to the table a diverse professional journey, marked by extensive sales experience before immersing herself in the dynamic world of the mortgage industry, where she has dedicated over two decades of her life.
Licensed in 13 states as a loan officer, Brenda has extensive knowledge in many areas pertaining to real estate. Brenda is a seasoned professional with an unparalleled understanding of the market landscape.Through her experience, she has developed exceptional communication and teamwork skills, as well as providing unmatched dedication and service to all customers and situations she encounters.
In addition to her professional endeavors, Brenda has a heart for service and compassion. As a Visiting Angel, she extends her care and support to the elderly, embodying her commitment to making a difference in the lives of others. Brenda finds solace and joy in the company of her three beloved canine companions—Chloe, Zoey, and Burt.
With her dedication, warmth, and unmistakable zest for life, Brenda embodies the essence of community and service, making her a cherished asset in both professional endeavors and personal pursuits.
