My husband and I were thrilled the first time walking into our new home. What we loved immediately was Bob’s attention to detail. Both our foyer and dining area have beautifully crafted inlayed woodwork that has been admired by all who visit. At the front and back doors we have spacious areas well designed to create the perfect entrance into a georgous kitchen and great room area. The kitchen is proportioned perfectly to fit the needs of our family with the large island and ample counter space. The adjoining great room creates an atmosphere of unity and closeness during family gatherings. This has been the perfect home for us and it has been a comfort to know Bob stands behind anything he does. We send out an email or give a call and Bob or Stephanie responds almost immediately. Anything that might need additional attention is looked at and taken care of ASAP. We have heard horror stories of other builders, and our response is always that we couldn’t possibly be happier with the builder we chose. Both Randy and I are so glad we went with Snowden Builders for just a few of the reasons listed above. We would highly recommend anyone thinking of building to go with someone that is honest, trustworthy and always reliable to get the job done to your satisfaction!!

Bob's in-depth knowledge of the industry and area was immensely helpful to us buying a new house and selling our existing home. Example: We thought the home we found was priced well, Bob immediately knew the seller's pricing was high comparative to sales in the area. He helped us counter with a lower yet solid offer and we got the house we wanted! Then, when it was time to sell our home, we took his advice on pricing our house to sell - we had multiple offers but accepted the best one - 8 days after listing! Houses nearby are still for sale b/c sellers priced themselves out of the market. Too bad they didn't go with Bob as their Realtor!! We hired Snowden Builders to replace our deck with a 4 season porch, after meeting with several other companies and contractors. Bob didn't try and force his solution to fit our needs as most of the other contractors. He listened to what we wanted and came up with a solution that was perfect for us at a reasonable price.

The sturdiness of the structure is beyond our expectations. Adam and his crew were hard workers and worked through the July 4th holiday to complete the project. Their workmanship was superb! I tell everyone to build with Bob Snowden! I'll be having 2 couples come through our house soon, as both are starting to think about building. I want them to see what they get with Snowden Builders.
